With just 18 days until Christmas, holiday preparations are in full swing all around us. The malls are full of eager shoppers. Everywhere you look there are strings of lights & holiday decorations. But one of my favourite things about this time of year, is the baking.
One of the things we love about this time of year is decorating the house. There’s nothing like that sense of accomplishment you feel after everything is all set. You’ve finished putting up the tree. The mantle is decorated. The gifts are wrapped. All that’s left to do is throw on some Christmas music and sit back with a glass of wine (or egg nog if you prefer) to admire the prettiness that comes along with the season…
