This post has been a long time coming. And I say that not just because it’s been about 2 years since the last time I hit publish on here.

If you’ve been following along on our journey, you know that we started this blog all those years ago simply as a means to document this crazy endeavour we were undertaking. I had no idea at the time that it would spark a passion in me that would lead to a career change.

The last 2 years have been a huge transformation for me both personally & professionally. I needed the time away to do a lot of self reflection, but I’m back now with a renewed focus.

A few months ago I announced the launch of my new endeavour – Studio 561. I figured it was about time I made it “blog official”, so let me reintroduce myself…

I’m Natasha. I’m an interior decorator/designer who believes passionately that everyone should be able to love their space no matter their budget. I love designing clean, modern spaces with a pop of the unexpected. In doing so, I help homeowners step beyond their comfort zones, creating spaces that are unique representations of their personalities. 

I’m excited for what the future holds for this new chapter. And while this blog will continue to tell the story of our Dreamhouse, I’ll also be sharing  stories about my clients’ dreams as well.  Stay tuned….
